Horses

Horses and Other Critters

We have quite a few critters on the farm including horses, dogs, cats and a guinea pig.
Below are our six horses plus one on the way.

Jeb 32 year old pony. He has done anything and everything. After a lifetime of teaching kids to ride, Jeb is retired on the farm and living the high life.

Butch Gray Stanton's pony Butch - a cute match to Jeb and Stormy

Little Man Quarter Horse gelding, 22 years old this year. Has done just about everything and now enjoys teaching students what he knows.

Sister Thoroughbred Mare, 21, mother of three on the farm: Vinnie, Herman, and Stella. Sister is a sweetheart and loves being a mom.

Stormy Spunky little pony and friend to many of Sarah's students. Olav's main mount.

Vinnie 12 year old TB mare. She is Sarah's pet and current event horse. She is a cutie. Sister is her mom.

Riffle An old friend. Appaloosa gelding and Sarah's horse before she went off to college. He has enjoyed the last 20 years on the open range, retired to the farm and has since passed away in November 2007 at age 30.
